Orbital Research offers this feature on the Ka- and Ku- band block downconverters with multiple local oscillators. Operators will experience the convenience of controlling the converter on-site or off with these features:

Functional

• Touch Buttons gives you several choices in operating multiple local oscillator converters.
• Frequency Band Control with the push of a button you can choose between commercial, military or a 3rd band. Eliminate the need for several converters.
• Self Test with the push of each button, double check each setting for enhanced peace of mind.
• Voltage Control Band Switching in Automatic mode, the modem can control the band through its multiplexed supply voltage programming. Added convenience for agile system management.
• Manual Mode means you can control bands on-site. Enjoy the control in both on-site and remote settings.

• Display control on the converters

• LED Alarm “Loss of Lock Alarm” gives you immediate notification if the phase lock has been lost.
