Mandatory Skills
- Demonstrated experience with microwave test equipment;
- Familiarity with laboratory protocols for handling sensitive components;
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to adapt to new and changing assignments;
- Read and interpret test instructions, assembly instructions, and engineering drawings (schematics, mechanical drawings);
- Effective communication skills to work effectively with team members, supervisors, and other employees;
- Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office applications;
- A diploma or certificate in electronics.

Requirements
- High school diploma or Diploma/Degree in business
- Microsoft Office skills: Proficient in Excel
- Analytical skills, detail oriented, and commitment to accuracy
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 2 years industry experience in combination of Quality Inspection, Assurance, and PCB assemblies
- Must understand and have current IPC certifications, have SMT and Thru-Hole components and soldering skills, plus rework abilities
- Must know component identification (SMT and Thru-hole)
- Ability to read assembly, PCB layouts Knowledge
- Experience with ISO-9001 or AS9100D
- Knowledge and Experience with IPC class 2 and 3
- Problem solving skills
- Must be a team player and, as well as work independently (With minimum supervision)
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to meet all deadlines
- English language proficiency (written and spoken)

Responsibilities
- Support the development of new or revised products
- Algorithm development and testing using simulation tools such as Matlab and Simulink, GNU Radio or equivalent
- Realization of DSP and SDR algorithms in FPGA platforms
- System-level performance verification on development and target hardware
