Do you have any ARSTRAT-certified products?
Our X-Band and military Ka-Band products are built to perform inside systems that must pass the strict ARSTRAT performance credentials. Passing the ARSTRAT requirements will allow a system to operate on the WGS constellation. We have numerous products in ARSTRAT-certified systems and would be happy to discuss your requirements.
Do you manufacture in North America?
Yes, our manufacturing facility is in Burnaby, BC, Canada. Our products are designed, engineered, manufactured, and tested on-site.
Can you ship rush/overnight?
Yes, for many products, we can ship quickly. Over the years, we have met our clients’ urgent needs.
What quality standards do you meet?
We are an ISO9001 Certified facility. This means we have air quality controls, filtering, clean room assembly, and rigorous batch control among other practices. We also received our AS9100D accreditation in December of 2022.
Do you make custom RF components?
Yes, this is a core competency of Orbital. Our customers frequently ask us to design unique high-performance LNBs, LNAs, and BDCs with exacting specifications.
Do you make frequency converters for space as well as terrestrial-based products?
Yes, we have designed and tested a space-based frequency converter. This product met both TID and LET radiation specifications and was designed to meet the mission life requirement.
